Holiday Return Policy **
Native Outdoors Extended
Holiday Return Policy makes gift-shopping worry free! All gift purchases
made between November 15, 2009 and December 15, 2009 fall under our
extended holiday return policy. Gifts that are unused and unopened may be
returned up until January 15, 2010 for a full refund less shipping.
Purchases made before November 15, 2009 or after December 15, 2009 are
covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not
completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item
within 30 days of the date of purchase in good working condition ready for
the shelf & we will refund your money (shipping not included -
outbound or inbound). Customers who return items after the 30-days will be
issued a store credit. Returns on purchases older than 60 days will not be
accepted.

cost to and from the customer. Special orders, clearance items or items that have been
modified (i.e. arrows cut) cannot be returned.

Note: Due to federal laws regarding liability we cannot allow tree stands,
compound bows, crossbows, altered products (like arrows) or opened foods to be returned.
Simply email our customer service

and request a Return Authorization Code. Please be sure to
include the invoice number & a reason for the return. Once you have
received a RA#, mark the number on the outside of the box and ship
the return UPS or US Postal Service parcel post.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package for its full value. COD's
