Firearm Cancellation Fee - Any firearm purchased on our website and then canceled will incur a 10% cancellation fee. We work hard to get the proper paperwork ready to ship your firearm and we start this process once the order is placed to speed the process of getting the firearm shipped to you. Any firearm that is canceled before it ships requires this process to be reversed, therefore we must charge a fee to cancel any firearm.

Ammunition/Acc- No Ammunition can be shipped to Alaska.

California-
Rifles- Any semi-auto rifle with a fixed magazine of more than 10 rounds.
Any semi-auto rifle with an overall length of less than 30".
Any semi-auto rifle with a detachable magazine and one of the following:
Pistol grip, Thumbhole stock, Folding/Telescoping stock, Foregrip.
Shotguns- Shotguns with a revolving cylinder.
Semi-auto shotgun with folding stock and pistol grip or thumbhole stock.
Semi-auto shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine
Pistols- Must be on the DOJ Handgun Roster in order to ship.
Restricted if it has a threaded barrel, forward handgrip, or suppressor.
Magazine capacity can not exceed 10 rounds.
Ammunition/Acc- Magazines are limited to 10 rounds or less.
Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL in California.
Other Restrictions- Compact handguns (6.75" long x 4.5" tall or less) are restricted in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Rifles- Any rifle that has over 15 round capacity.
Shotguns- A fixed magazine that can hold more than 28" of shells
Pistols- Magazine capacity can not exceed 15 rounds.
Ammunition/Acc- Magazines that can hold more than 15 rounds.

Connecticut-
Rifles- Any semi-auto rifle with detachable magazine and:
Folding/Telescoping stock, Pistol grip, Bayonet mount, Flash suppressor, Threaded barrel, Magazine exceeding 10 rounds
Must be 21 to possess any centerfire rifle with a magazine capacity over 5 rounds.
.22 with detachable magazine and Pistol grip and/or Folding stock.
Shotguns- Semi-auto shotguns that have at least two of the following:
Folding/Telescoping stock, Pistol grip, Fixed magazine over 5 rounds, ability to accept detachable magazine
Pistols- Semi-auto handguns with detachable magazine and one of the following:
Magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip, Barrel shroud, Mfg. weight of 50oz or more, Magazine capacity of 10 rounds or more.
Ammunition/Acc- Folding/Telescoping stocks
AR accessories
Magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds
Must provide State issued Photo ID and Carry, Long Gun or Ammunition Permit to purchase ammo.

Cook County- No semi-auto shotguns, no shotguns with a fixed capacity of more than 5 rounds.
Aurora- No semi-auto shotguns, no slide action shotguns with a magazine capacity of more than 15 rounds.
Pistols-
Ammunition/Acc- No rifle magazines over 10 rounds. No handgun magazines over 15 rounds.
Must provide Firearms Owners ID to purchase ammo.
No .50 Caliber ammunition
Cook County- Magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds
Aurora- Long-gun magazines of more than 15 rounds
Other Restrictions- Chicago- No Firearms, No Ammunition

Rifles- Rifles qith a capacity over 10 rounds
Centerfire rifles with a detachable magazine and 2 of the following:
Folding stock, Grenade launcher, Suppressor
Centerfire rifles with an over all length of less than 29 inches.
Shotguns- Shotguns with a capacity over 10 rounds
Semi-auto with a folding stock
Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder
Handguns- Any handgun with a capacity over 10 rounds.
Must be on Marylands Handgun Roster, and must ship with a fired shell casing.
Ammunition/Acc- Magazines over 10 rounds

Capacity exceeding 6 rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip.

15 round capacity limit
Ammunition/Acc- Magazines exceeding 15 rounds
Handgun Ammunition - Must provide valid Purchaser's Firearms Card and State-issued Photo ID.

Pistols- Semi-auto handguns with any of the following:
Folding/Telescoping stock, Thumbhole stock, Fore grip or other grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand, Threaded barrel, Mfg. weight over 50oz, Capacity of more than 10 rounds.
Ammunition/Acc- Folding/Telescoping stock, Pistol grip, Thumbhole stock, Fore grips, Magazines over 10 round capacity
Internet sales of ammunition are allowed, but must ship to an FFL dealer, and can not ship to NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island, Queens).
Other Restrictions- No Firearms to Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens, or Richmond Counties
